BUTIFARRA.
Sausage made with minced pork and seasoned with salt, pepper and other spices, and then hierbe with water.
Elaborated seasoned with various natural spices and sea salt. It is made without blood and carries no chemical additives. The result is an overly Mediterranean palate. Allergen-free can be consumed directly, passed grilled, fried or cooked.
