The SOBRASSADA it has irregular shape determined by the natural morphology of the intestines of the pig. The area is of dark red colour, with many wrinkles. It does not take colouring agents, nor gluten. Its handcrafted elaboration, next to some selected ingredients, and a slow maturing process without hurries it does a typical and only cold meat of our islands. Is observed to the cut a delicate reddish aspect marmoreal.
It presents a texture very together texture, of characteristic taste, with a clear perception of the red pepper, freeing at the time of the cut some own smells that us fill meanings.
